Click Sign Up, enter your email address, and verify the one-time code sent to your inbox. You can then complete Missions and use the MAFFIX Reward System.
Diamonds are MAFFIX virtual currency. Earn them through Missions and leveling up, then use them for a 10X Pull in Banner. Diamonds have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
Missions & Earning
Complete community missions such as following artists, liking or sharing content, commenting, creating content, or using audio tracks. Each mission rewards Diamonds depending on difficulty. You may also earn bonus Diamonds when you level up.
Verification time depends on the Mission and the evidence submitted. Your dashboard shows whether a submission is pending, approved, or needs to be submitted again.
Daily Missions are available within the period shown on the Mission. Follow the displayed requirements and submit clear evidence before the Mission closes.
Make sure you completed the mission correctly. Double-check the target content and submit again with clear evidence.
Shipping Tickets & XP
Diamonds are earned through missions and leveling up — they’re our free-to-earn currency. Shipping Tickets are bonus rewards from eligible store purchases and can only be used for eligible bundle-linked Pulls.
Complete approved Missions to earn XP. Your dashboard records your progress and applies any Diamond rewards configured for the level you reach.
The expiry date is shown in your account. Eligible bundle Shipping Tickets follow the validity displayed when issued.

Available payment methods are shown by Stripe during secure checkout and may vary by device, currency, and region.
The Store supports GBP, USD, and EUR. Select a currency before buying; the same currency and displayed amount are sent to secure checkout.
Each complete 10-reward Pull uses one eligible Shipping Ticket or incurs one shipping fee. Several prizes within the same complete Pull do not create separate shipping fees.
After dispatch, your order status, carrier name, tracking number, and available tracking link appear in your dashboard. Tracking updates are entered by the MAFFIX team.
Privacy & Security
Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe through secure hosted checkout. MAFFIX does not store your full card details on its servers.
